QUERY: "Does this mole mean anything? So far I've read that it means being unlucky with love and that makes me sad lol"

ANSWER: I understand the confusion about the mole having romantic/relationship interpretations- because most indications of love would be assigned to the ball of the thumb, which is VENUS.

But I’ve also heard this before: that a mole on the moon can indicate “a late marriage”. (I think it’s an old school saying?)

I’m not here to validate that interpretation but I’d like to dig into why that might be a belief.

The moon represents our intuition, our creativity, our desire to nurture, and potential spiritual aspirations. These are all beautiful things, but none of them are very earthy/grounded or realistic when left unbalanced by other energies.

Elemental water hands, which is the conic hand you have- are already sorted to be the emotionally empathic type. This makes the condition of moon particularly important to your element/water type.

Moles themselves are typically interpreted to be a detriment wherever they present- and how they present varies on the condition. Your mole presents a mild circumstance- not a doomed one. It’s mostly a HIGHLIGHT, something that is waving a flag at you to be given more assertive attention.

SO, a classic palm reader might see a mole on the moon and assert the hand bearer to be too emotionally unstable to maintain a relationship early in life. They would advise the hand bearer to have a successful marriage later in life due to the progress of emotional maturity being more established with age.

This isn’t what I’m here to say, personally- only relaying classical information.

What I’d rather like to emphasize on is actually your VIVA LASCIVA line. It is the long line UNDERNEATH the mole that connects your moon to Venus. I nickname this line the Pisces line. Other palmists call it the LUST LINE or ESCAPE LINE, either way- it is a tendency to over indulge in pleasures that help us escape reality.

The origin of this kind of behavior, is the connection between our subconscious and waking conscious.. Pisces are known for having one foot in the heavens and one foot on earth.. so, WHEN PAIRED WITH A WATER HAND, I find that this can often interpret sexually.

Because a water hand is built to be emotionally empathic, sexual relationships can be more emotionally/spiritually bonding. Therefore, viva lasciva. This is a problem when you’ve bonded with a toxic partner- you may be more prone to staying in unhealthy relationships due to this empathic bond.

With your mole right above this line, I would consider it a HIGHLIGHT warning. It is not your fate to have a late marriage, but I would interpret this alignment as a call for assertive self awareness.

Btw, water elementals, as I would prescribe you to be, benefit greatly by tuning into the phases of the moon and practicing self care routines that align with the lunar cycles.

I hope this makes sense. Good luck!

  1. "Thank you for this! Makes me feel a lot better. BTW what does being a water element mean? Like the signs? Mine is Virgo, which is an earth sign."

ANSWER: Astrology is the soul sign. Your higher self. Palmistry is the element of physical expression. Your lower self.

It may suggest, (but is unverified as a practice), that you have a water sign placement in your natal chart which drives you.

For me, I’m a Taurus sun. A fellow earth sign. I also have a water hand. Astrologically, I am a cancer rising. That’s how it plays out for me. This is a modern concept in palmistry vs astrology.

To learn more about your water/conic hand- I would google “water hand palmistry” because there is a lot of information. The most important part of being a water hand; in my opinion, is the need for emotional release through creative outlet.
